Cellist Annie Jacobs-Perkins
Lindsay Arons of WIVT/WBGH News sat down with visiting cello soloist Annie Jacobs-Perkins in advance of her appearance with the Binghamton Philharmonic in “Creations of Fire.”
“It’s really great to be playing a show in Upstate New York. I live in Germany now and I also love being there, but this will always feel like home to me. In the past week I’ve gotten a snow storm, a hail storm, a lot of other weather. And yet every time I come back there’s just the sense of home,” [Jacobs-Perkins] said.
