When you log in to Ensemble Manager, you will be taken to the member home screen. You will see “welcome <your name>” in the upper left corner of your screen. If you click on your name, a drop down menu will appear. You have the option to choose to change your password, update your account, or view your contracts.
Please take a moment to update your account. Make sure we have your correct address and phone number, and feel free to add as much information as you would like in the additional fields. There are spaces for websites, head shots, union affiliations, and more.
MOST IMPORTANTLY there are custom fields, asking if you require adaptive music, special seating, a separate stand (string players), or other accommodations. We would really appreciate it if you would take the time to fill this out.
If you toggle on text messaging (it will turn green), you will receive a text as well as an email when there are updates to the status of your contract, rehearsal schedule changes, etc.
