A Free Public Concert to Celebrate
America's 250th Anniversary

4:00pm: Grenadiers Alumni Drum Line
The Grenadiers Alumni Drum Line is proud to celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary with a program of drumming spanning the entire history of our country as an independent nation.
Starting with drumming in the colonial period and progressing through the influence of military drumming, orchestral percussion, folk music, jazz and pop music, the drum corps movement and the introduction of the modern drum set on percussion playing, we are proud to present a varied program of music which spans our 250 year history of American drumming.
Selections include, but are not limited to: The Three Camps, Connecticut Halftime, Hell on the Wabash, West Point, Crazy Army, Back Sticking Boogie, Chicago, Funkification Manifestation Situation, and Independence Rap.
